Academic Documents
- Class 10 (SSC) Marksheet & Certificate
- Class 12 (HSC) Marksheet & Certificate
- Class 10 & 12 School Leaving Certificate
- NEET 2025/2026 Scorecard
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from school
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
Identity & Personal Documents
- Valid Indian Passport (min. 18 months validity at time of departure)
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- 10 Passport-size photos (white background)
- Birth Certificate
Medical Documents
- Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered doctor
- HIV Test Report (required by most countries)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (if required)
- Blood Group Certificate
Financial Documents
- Bank Statement (last 6 months) of parent/guardian
- Income Tax Returns (ITR) of parent/guardian
- Education Loan Sanction Letter (if applicable)
- Sponsorship Letter (if sponsored by a relative)
University & Admission Documents
- Offer Letter / Invitation Letter from University
- Admission Confirmation Letter
- Fee Receipt (first instalment paid)
- Student ID Card (issued after admission)
Visa Documents
- Completed Student Visa Application Form
- University Invitation/Admission Letter
- All academic and personal documents (attested)
- Proof of funds / Bank Statement
- Travel insurance (required by some embassies)
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) — for some countries
Document Attestation
Most countries require attestation of your Class 10, 12, and degree certificates. The process in India is:
- Notary attestation at local notary
- State Home Department / HRD attestation
- Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) apostille
- Embassy attestation of the destination country (some countries)
